This is the version of the Greater Weever PacBio genome assembly, where putative frameshifts mutations detected with Johannes Zieres tool have been 'healed'. The procedure in brief 1. Illumina short reads are mapped to the genome assembly 2. low coverage regions (short reads) are detected and are used for a Diamond search (blastx-like) against a protein database 3. queries with a significant hit against a protein sequence are checked for frame shift mutations by investigating the local pairwise alignment between query and hit 4. putative frameshifts are tentatively 'healed' by the introduction of the corresponding number of 'N's This genome version is just for an initial evaluation of the pipeline
